How to Make a Booking

1) Check availability: check the availability and cost of your holiday.

2) Make a provisional booking: to provisionally reserve your dates contact us by e-mail or telephone 015242 41059. We will check and confirm availability to you. If the dates are available, they will be held for a maximum of 10 days.

3) Read and understand the Terms and Conditions: click here to view the Terms and Conditions.

4) Complete and return the booking form: click here to download and print the booking form or alternatively, we can email or post one to you. Complete the form and post it to us along with payment of £100 deposit per week of booking. If your booking is less than 6 weeks before your arrival date, please send the full amount. (If you are sending a deposit you may wish to also send a post-dated cheque for the remaining balance.) The full balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.

Confirmation of Reservation: upon receipt of your booking form and payment, confirmation of the reservation will be sent to you within a few days. Directions and arrangements to collect the keys to Acorn Cottage will be despatched on receipt of the final payment.
