How to Make a Booking

1) Check availability: check the availability and cost of your holiday. Note that short breaks of a minimum of 3 nights are only available between October and March inclusive, excluding Christmas, New Year, Easter & October half-term. Full week bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.

2) Make a provisional booking: to provisionally reserve your dates contact us by e-mail or telephone 015242 41059. We will check and confirm availability to you. If the dates are available, they will be held for a maximum of 10 days.

3) Read and understand the Terms and Conditions: click here to view the Terms and Conditions.

4) Complete and return the booking form: click here to download and print the booking form or alternatively, we can post one to you. Complete the form and post it to us along with payment of £100 deposit per week of booking. If your booking is less than 6 weeks before your arrival date, please send the full amount. (If you are sending a deposit you may wish to also send a post-dated cheque for the remaining balance.) The full balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.

Confirmation of Reservation: upon receipt of your booking form and payment, confirmation of the reservation will be sent to you within a few days. Directions and arrangements to collect the keys to Acorn Cottage will be despatched on receipt of the final payment.
