The holiday cottage is ideally situated in the spectacular Three Peaks countryside, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, in the picturesque village of Ingleton but within easy reach of the market town of Kirkby Lonsdale, the Lake District and the Forest of Bowland. The local area has excellent walking, cycling, climbing, fishing, golfing & caving opportunities including the famous Ingleton Waterfalls Walk. Ingleton is also a great base for a self-catering child-friendly family holiday as there are lots of activities & local outings that children will enjoy. The local hosts are pleased to share their extensive local knowledge of these outdoor and family activities. There is off-street private parking and lockable bike storage. The accommodation is in a quiet location backing onto the village cricket pitch yet within a short walk to all the amenities of the picturesque village of Ingleton. These include: cafes, food shops, outdoor and craft shops, pubs, a climbing wall and an open air swimming pool. Short breaks and discounts for couples off-peak offered.
